The Teclock GS-719G is a precision mechanical dial Shore A scale durometer that is manufactured in Japan to the highest of standards.
It features a "lazy arm" for peak hold value making reading results easy. The base is wide with a 40mm x 16mm footprint for extra stability and the GS-719G can be mounted to a dedicated test stand, fixed with a generic M6 thread cap.
Shore A is for soft to medium hardness rubbers and elastomers of at least 6mm minimum material thickness. It is generally considered that if you can leave an imprint with your fingernail in the sample, then a Shore A scale Durometer is the correct gauge.
