Speedy, Safe Delivery for Your Testing Equipment Across Australia and Internationally
Test Equip dispatches stock items on the same day as your order to ensure speedy, efficient delivery across Australia and internationally. For questions about our delivery, shipping and returns process, refer to the guidelines below. If you didn’t find the answer to your question, reach out to us via email or phone.
We use Toll Priority’s overnight express shipping service for domestic orders and provide you with a tracking number, so you know the status of your shipment at all times. If you place an international order or your location is outside of Toll Priority’s delivery zone, we will use another carrier, and your shipping cost will be calculated using the weight and dimensions of the shipment. You are responsible for any local charges including customs and government fees and duties relating to the import of any goods.
Test Equip reserves the right to use an alternative freight forwarder at our discretion in the event of extreme circumstances.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes - please call us before finalising your order if you don't have an alternative option.
Damage in Transit
In the unlikely situation that an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item upon receipt of the damaged unit. We must receive notification of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
If you’re questioning whether the testing equipment you ordered is best suited for your goals, give us a call to discuss your concerns and perhaps brainstorm an alternative route. We will not accept returns on the basis of an incorrect initial selection. However, products may be exchanged for a more suitable option. Any returns received may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.
