FG-3000 series is a simple and cost-effective digital force gauge from Nidec Shimpo, designed for use in a wide range of industrial tension and compression applications.

Combining one of the most compact housings, yet maintaining a large back-lit LCD; these units are designed to fit perfectly in the hand and are built using quality materials and components.

They feature 3 different test modes:

• Peak - records the maximum reading sensed during the test
• Tracking - for live readings
• Preset - which activates user defined high and low limit set points

The FG-3000 uses an integrated S-beam load cell to measure the applied force in both tension and compression stroke. It has buttons for easy operation and is fitted with an overload protection system with an audible warning and visual bar graph alarm to reduce the chance of misuse and damage.

Use for manual handling testing and OH&S, inwards goods QC, finished goods testing, R&D or almost any force testing requirement.
