FG-7000 series is a high resolution and high accuracy digital force gauge from Nidec Shimpo, designed for use in a wide range of industrial applications.

The FG-7000 is loaded with user functions, which allows you to program multiple testing set-ups. Including the ability to log, record and output the data to existing equipment systems (through the comparator function), or to the included EDMS software package for detailed analysis and reporting. 

Data acquisition can be logged manually by the push of a button, or set to continuous at user defined time intervals. Data can also be viewed on screen in user definable groups making it easy to filter for large test data sets. 

They feature 3 main test modes:

• Peak - records the maximum reading sensed during the test
• Tracking - for live readings
• Preset - which activates user defined high and low limit set points

Like most of our force gauges, the FG-7000 uses a precision integral S-beam load cell to measure the applied force in both tension and compression stroke. It has a unique touch-sensitive keypad for easy operation and is fitted with an overload protection system with an audible warning and visual bar graph alarm to reduce the chance of misuse and damage.

This powerful, versatile force gauge can be used for OH&S manual handling testing, inwards goods QC, finished goods testing, R&D or almost any force testing requirement you have.
