The single event "TOO HOT" Temperature Indicator is an adhesive label that provides an instant, visual warning that a surface is too hot to touch. The indicator changes from Black to Red when exceeding 55°C and reverts back to Black when the temperature drops below 55°C and is used for OHS.
Easily identify hot surfaces, even from a distance thanks to the large, bright red "55" symbol that is revealed.
They are a liquid crystal thermometer which means they have an instantaneous reaction time and they are reversible - so can be left in place and used over and again. Suitable for use on all metal and plastic surfaces up to maximum 120°C.
Simply peel the backing and stick to any clean, dry and oil free surface to indicate if it is safe to touch or not.
Perfect for implementing into your workplace Occupation Health and Safety programme to protect operators. Use on equipment, machinery, pipe work and any other surfaces subjected to heating.
